Terms of Service

By using BiClaw (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. BiClaw is operated by Ai-Quill (“we”, “us”, “our”).

BiClaw provides a secured OpenClaw instance for business intelligence. The Service connects to your business data sources (Shopify, Stripe, Google Analytics, etc.), generates automated daily briefs, answers data questions via chat, and delivers insights to your messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord).

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

• New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features.
• After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial months.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' instances or data.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code.
• Exceed reasonable usage limits (automated abuse, excessive API calls).
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service. We do not sell your data.

• You are responsible for the API keys and access tokens you provide to BiClaw.
• You should use read-only or restricted access keys whenever possible.
• We store your credentials securely in your isolated instance but are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials on your end.
• You may revoke access at any time by changing your API keys in the respective platforms.

• BiClaw uses AI language models (Claude, GPT) to generate responses and analysis.
• AI-generated content may contain errors. You should verify important business decisions independently.
• We are not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated analysis.

• We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
• We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Shopify, Stripe, hosting providers, AI model providers).

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BICLAW AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or cancelling your subscription.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
• Upon termination, your OpenClaw instance and all associated data will be deleted within 30 days.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ai-Quill operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
